Perfect project. Thanks.
Great Job. You have included some really good tips for knife making.
Great, of course. I will print some of these and work with my brother on some pineapple shapes.
Great idea and great instructable. I initially saw this as a kitchen chopper, but not see its value as tableware.Thank you.
Perfect Project -- Perfect InstructableThank you!
An improvement? Maybe not. I made the cross-wise hole but could not get the apron tie through the hole. I thought a small bungee cord might help. My belief was that the stretch might assist in keeping the apron tight at allow bending over without limiting diaphragmatic excursion. I just drilled holes for the magnets and held them with super glue. Here is the mostly finished product.Hooking this this to the apron strings, I realized that my engineering 'skill' avoids the practical. The easy alternatives? The bungee cord with the hooks could have been attached directly to an apron string without the magnets or the bungee cord attached to the apron without the hooks.
As usual, you have done an outstanding job with an instructable. You have taken all the mystery out of the use of sketching apps. The details and screen shots are great. Easy to follow. I will be skilled amateur in no time.At the same time this is a nice project. I will make it out of wood.

Great Instructable. I have used masking liquid for this purpose. We called it frisket, but I have also heard it called misket. It can be difficult to use for straight lines, but does work on rougher surfaces. I had not thought of cutting through frisket film using a router and appreciate the suggestion. Also, the liquid may help to patch or fill-in areas where the film has lifted.Thank you.

I have used hundreds as fill in large pots to reduce the amount of good soil or vermiculite required. They weigh next to nothing compared to gravel or other fill, make easier to move the plants, and easier to re-pot them.

I have seven or eight half finished projects. OK, it is probably twelve. I also have an equal number which are as far along as your case was a month ago. Almost all the stuff has been acquired, but otherwise not up to the starting gate. My leather projects got as far as a nearly finished leather stitching pony which will be much like the one by ShaunM11. Now, it will be done soon and I will be making some tool rolls. Thanks for the great instructable.

I retired my old wallet/card case a couple years ago -- a similar style. It was getting shabby so I bought another one. Last month, the newest one was really a mess--falling apart. So I switched back to the old shabby one. I am a better match. Yours is a great project. I have several pages of contact paper, so I should be able to get around to this soon. Thanks.

Great Instructable. Perfect shape and the choil may help provide control as a marking knife. The single bevel provides the best marking knife as well. I like your point regarding roughing up the steel "to give the epoxy some more surface area." It is also possible to gouge that area with the angle grinder or drill a hole or two for 'epoxy pins.'
