Thanks rickatt for you comment.1) In fact you are right, but them I would be always getting notifications and I did not want that. I used the keypad to rear the system but I could do it in other way. This is already the 3th version of this project so I think that I will continue doing upgrades :)2) Corrected.3) I just want to be informed if movement was detected. A camera system is more complex and and for the arduino to handle this probably is not so easy. This would make more sense in a raspberry pi. For now I will keep only with movement.4) Again well notice, you can power the ESP32 using a nano usb cable. The battery will only act as backup power. I did a small note in the tutorial for this.Thanks for the review :)

You need to define new positions in the u8g.setPrintPos(x, y); functions in the code.Also the size of fonts and the satellite symbol.
Recheck the connections and test one of the examples of the display library to see if you can see anything.

I already tested and some times is complicated to see. But if you give a small tilt in the screen and a small sun shade I believe that the problem is fixed.
100% accurate I can not say, only comparing with the police radar gun :) Not looking for this.Normaly I have 5-10 km/h difeence from the car speedometer.
Very interesting question, but I do not have a clue :)The library that I'm using is a parsing for NMEA data streams provided by GPS modules. So all calculation is done before. I only display the information that I want.
Yes it is possible, add a function to compare the speed. Then display the new variable instead of the heading, for example.

Did you change the GSM.h and HWSerial.h as defined in point 5 of the instructable?
I do not have any problem. Did you install the library's correctly? Did you change the GPRS lib from UNO to Mega?

I took the Mega because of the memory. The library's that I used take a lot of space. Probably with some code optimisation you can fit everything in an Uno or Nano.
Hi, the setup must be more or less the same, I do not know your pcb version of SIM900A but if it is 5V tolurante, you can probably connect like I connected my GPS. Please see the schematic below.
I do not know how to use WhatsApp with this setup, if some other user come up with this fell free to share it where. There are some SMS internet services that can do this. I will try to update this program with some more changes and this will be one of them. But if costs are the problem, (at least in Germany) you can get SMS flat rate for very low fee per month. The Call action will not charge you anything because the system rejects the call automatically.
No the card that I used was a prepaid. But you also can use an monthly one.
