If you could have them meet in the middle, just buy two sets of the hanging brackets and build your doors accordingly

If the piece doesn’t sit flat (wobbles a bit) then it will move when you are flattening it. It needs to be sturdy and not move for a good outcome
Yes, that was the first design. I changed it to make it easier to level. It was just the only picture I had to show the shimming.

Yes, that's a very good idea. I keep my shop vac right by me and vacuum every couple of passes. I also wanted to make this sled with what I had laying around. If I ever "upgrade" it will be to something like this!
I keep a shop vac right beside me and vacuum every couple of passes. A little annoying, but it works for now. A couple people had the idea to make a rail system to roll on

Wow, 7 is a lot - I’m sure it turned out great. I used my kreg to make every layer of the base to attach together to add stability. I guess I don’t have a picture of that process.And yes, I love the brad nailer - I use it ALL the time
