I added the code for Pacman and Ms. Pacman.
It depends on your power supply. You can get a USB to male 5V adapter and use a portable phone charger - then the female plug should just fit right in. To make sure you can double check the sizes before purchasing.
You are welcome! They look great - thanks for sharing!
Emma - apologies for the very slow replies - I wasn't checking the comments for awhile. You can cut the wires to make them shorter, but you will have to strip each one and rewire them which would be a lot of work. If you can, it is better to leave them wired and find a creative way to run the wire to make it flat.
No problem - More simply put: some slats have holes and some don't. My best advice is give it a go and it should become clear. If you you print the pdf and overlay it on the cardboard, cut out all the slats, and then slide them together it should make a lot more sense. The slats are numbers V# and H# for vertical and horizontal so you know what order they should go in. I hope that helps.
That is correct - I only create holes for every-other slat, I was worried putting too many holes in the base would weaken the board. So every other slat has no hole to slide into, but they are held in place just fine when all the slats are slid together. I think if I were to do it again, I would create holes for all the slats making sure to offset the holes in each column.
I used the latest version 3.1.6
Thank you! A couple of options. You could build it by hand by printing the PDFs and laying it out over cardboard to cut out. There are also companies that will do the laser cutting for you if you send them the files.
I did not know about the diode setup, I will have to test that out. Thanks for the suggestion and for checking out my project!
Thanks! If you build one - share some pics!
There was no button, it is just a looped animation. An upgrade to the costume in the future. I brought a bluetooth speaker that played Pac-Man sound effects and music, but it wasn't synced to the animation. No one wanted to be the fruit. I did consider doing a fruit costume for the dog
You are welcome! Thanks for checking it out!
Exactly! I think these will be headed to the wall. I may turn the brightness on the LEDs down and use them as decoration/night lights in the kid's rooms. I may have to do an OG Link for my own room. Glad you like it!
Not sure what is going on, I think it was posted correctly. I went ahead and switched the file out with one that I saved to an older version of AutoCAD, that will probably be more compatible. I also added a PDF of the laser cutter templates. Hopefully one of those two new ones will work for you.
